White Coconuts
Unlike brown coconuts, the white varieties have a white hard hairy shell rather than the traditional brown type. All varieties of coconut are actually from a single species Cocos nucifera. The difference between different kinds of coconuts is usually due to the type of coconut palm. The color may be white depending of the maturity of the fruit. 
The white colour has no impact on the strength of the bowls.
